Yule party in Oldfurlong

By Wiberic Tentoes How do Hobbits of Bramblebury, Oldfurlong, Songburrow, Brightdown, Bannockbury and elsewhere! One of my favourite things as a Mayor (not that there are many, mind, so don't think twice or even once about re-electing me when that time comes!) is getting to organise a good get together. I've paired up with Miss Jadite of Harrow Road 3, Oldfurlong to bring this one to you now. You're all invited to help us celebrate our first Yule in Oldfurlong! We've many a treat and surprise in store for you on the night of the 26th of December and hope that you can join us. Come down to our village on the given date and time to see it done up for the festive season, as our inhabitants take part in the best decorated Yule-themed garden and burrow competition!
We're aware that some of you reside elsewhere, so we've a second competition going as well - let's see your best Yule-themed costumes!
Music'll be a-plenty and the ale will flow with the pies! Or biscuits, if they're your preference. So, bring them dancing feet along even if you're not local, but careful... might be someone attending knows whether you've been naughty or nice.
Cheers,
Wiberic Tentoes
Deputy Mayor of Oldfurlong
Date: 26th December
Time: 7:30 PM (UK time)
Meet: Stage Area, Oldfurlong, Shire Homesteads
OOC: Please remove weapons. Hobbits and Dwarves preferred. If you would like to contribute, contact Jadite or Wiberic.
