[UPDATED] The Grand Order's 5th Anniversary party

Time: Guests arrive for welcome drinks from 7PM UK (2PM servertime). The main party starts half an hour later. 

Location: Songburrow Hall, 4 Brookbank Street, Songburrow, The Shire

Event details:

A magnificent party is to be held to mark the 5th Anniversary of the Founding of the Grand Order of the Lost Mathom. The party will take place in the Order's spacious hall and grounds in the village of Songburrow, the Shire. Rumour has it that no expense has been spared, and there will be a lavish feast of several courses, accompanied by stories, games, speeches, fireworks and hobbit music and merrymaking.

Visitors to the gate of Songburrow Hall have seen several large covered wagons and numerous craftsmen hard at work behind a large awning. There is much chatter in the neighborhood and many a houshold is eagerly awaiting an invitation in the post.

Rumours also abound that the Order will host a number of competitions during the celebration, and that cooks and talented entertainers should keep their eyes and ears open for news of this.

We would be delighted to extend our hospitality to the hobbits of the Shire, as well as to good dwarven friends. To maintain a suitable hobbit and Shire-like atmosphere, we ask that any friends or acquaintances among the big-folk (and Elves) do check with us before attending.

The whole event will he held completely IC within a RP atmosphere. Weapons and armour should not be worn within the bounds of Songburrow; please dress for a social gathering or in traveling garb.
