Traffic jam at the Brandywine Bridge, caused by Fishing competition

By Bardoric Oatroot.On the night of Sunday  January 9th, lots of hobbits and some longshanks  came together for a nice evening of fishing. Even a travelling dwarf  joined in. But all these people showing up, made traffic a bit of a problem, the quick post got delayed  in Stock by this. For this I want to apologize.  But on the other hand, there was no speeding in Stock by horsemen.   The night began with some music played by some of the hobbits to pass the time before the signal was given to start the event. As always it was cheerful, and lots of pies were given around as well as some pipeweed to smoke.

Fishing was good under the bridge.  Some at the watershore were not that lucky:  Lines got tangled, and they did not get the right sort of fish.  But at some point Master dwarf Myreon won the game. So, besides the traffic jam, we had a great time.

The next fishing event will be held  on the 23th of January at the lake in Thorin's Hall, Ered Luin. More detail will follow soon. Hope you all willl be there.
