Announcement: Winter poetry competition

By Jadite  Bumblefoot  The chill breath of Winter touches us,  as blankets of snow cover the ground.  With the glow of moonlight upon them,  it's like diamond sparkles all round.   Inside the room is cozy and warm,the scent of evergreen wafts from the fire,surrounded with love and familyI've got all that I could desire.

Topic: Yule/Winter/Solstice 

Prizes: Wintertime Bard title and anything else I can find behind the sofa.

I know it's what you poets have all been waiting for. And so without more delay, tis with pleasure I announce the second poetry competiton of the year!

It were a hard task to pick the Summertime Bard, will the search for the Wintertime one be any easier? That's all down to you, my friends. Now is the time to use those fine wordskills you've been honing since Master Simbo walked off with the title, and show everyone you have what it takes!

Now as there seemed to be some confusion last time about what ter write about, this time you have a choice of three:

Yule - Winter - Solstice.

The ability to create such wonderous poems, belongs to no one race alone, so the competition is open to all races.

So, don't delay, get yer names down today - places are filling fast!
