Announcement - Songburrow Strollers in Buckland

Post date: Feb 14, 2011 1:13:52 AM

Beyond the bounds of the Shire is a large and daunting place, full of strange folk and odd customs, but the rewards are great for those who are willing to make a cultural journey to such lands. Why don't you join this journey with the Songburrow Strollers, who are beginning a tour of Breeland with a concert in Buckland on Sunday 6th March, the first of many performances planned for the region. We shall be journeying to Buckland from the Golden Perch in Stock, and would happily welcome folk to travel with us, although you can make your own way to the concert if need be.

The concert will take place at the old ruins, in the South-West corner of Buckland, and will feature a mix of both old and new numbers.

Folks of all shapes and sizes are welcome to attend, although tall folk should mind their heads when walking under the arches into Buckland.

With music in your heart, and toes tapping to a beat, there will be nothing to fear!
