By Peppy Bristlebrush This month a year ago, a new homestead was opened called: Bramblebury. And a local newspaper called the Bramblebury Gazette was introduced to it's inhabitants and other interested hobbits. A reprint of the very first edition will soon appear in the Gazette. Now hobbits don't usually need a reason to party, but this gives two reasons! Therefore it is announced, that on sunday, October 23 there will be a huge party in Bramblebury to celebrate the anniversary.All that are willing and able to help organise, please write to the editor ad interim, Peppy Bristlebrush, to make yourselves known.More information will be given soon.
ps the Illustration that goes with this article is not the first edition of the Bramblebury Gazette, but a paper which must certainly have inspired the initiators.
