Vacancy: local Shirriff

FullfilledThe Municipality of Bramblebury advertises the following 

Mayor Will Whitfoot of Michel Delving urges our neighbourhood to appoint a Shirriff. Among the duties of a local Shirriff are:

• • to maintain law and order in Bramblebury

  • to enforce the speed limit in Myrtle Court

  • to officially attend any parties and such organised in this community

  • to report quarterly to the Mayor of Michel Delving, c/o Shirriff’s Office and to publish said reports in the Bramblebury Gazette.

Prerequisits for the job:

• • have the rank of Honorary Shirriff

  • to own and wear the double-feathered cap, that comes with that rank

  • to have a strong arm as well as a good way with words.

The local Shirriff shall be appointed by election. This election is to be held as soon as possible.

Candidates for the position of Shirriff of Bramblebury can send their application to the Editor of this Gazette, who will pass them on to the honourable Mr Whitfoot.
