After many months of muddle and meandering—what with Andy Brockhouse misplacing his housing ledger and the shuffle of hobbit holes that followed—we've finally found our footing in Merryvale, and are at last settled and ready to celebrate!

To mark the end of this upheaval and the Hobbitry's fourth anniversary, we invite our friends for a burrow crawl through our new homestead, ending as all good things should: with cheer and good company at the local inn, The Dancing Coney.
