Cool down from the summer heat with Overhill Otters!
This summer has been especially hot in the Shire. At times, it has been so hot that hobbits have not been able to move much – except to fetch some cool drinks from the cellar. If you have the urge to do some dancing and still stay cool, you can attend the Overhill Otters’ water-themed concert in early August!
Date: Tuesday 5th August
Time: 7:30PM ((UK, 2:30 server time))
Location: Overhill, by the pond in the village centre
The Overhill Otters are a duet formed by two old friends, Mermund and Pycella, who both hail from Overhill. They decided to hold a concert with songs that all have some connection to water. The concert is to take place next to the pond in the centre of the village, so that people have a chance to cool themselves down if needed – maybe even dance a bit in the water too. There might even be some fish in the pond for those who just want to listen to the tunes while doing some lazy fishing. After the music and dancing, there is a chance to eat and drink a bit and chatter.
We welcome all folks of the Shire to join us for grand tunes and company
in the cool summer air of our dear forest village!
