Andy Brockhouse lost his ledger over burrow ownership, and everyone needs to move house! Who knows where we will end up? Hopefully in the same place, but there are no guarantees!

So, we’ll have us a farewell tea at Songburrow Hall. We’ll eat a lot of food, share memories of hobbits who have left the bounds, perhaps visit a few locations in the village, and wish for smooth moves to new places.
