But before we do, let’s make some more memories in true Hobbit fashion. Join us for a merry pony parade, where we'll ride through the well-worn paths of the Shire, gathering in Buckland for one last *merry* celebration before the moves. 

This is no mere farewell, 'tis a tribute to our hearths, friendships forged, the dear friends we’ve lost along the way, in light of the move we must now make. So bring your finest pony, don your best hat, and come along as we parade in cheerful defiance of change—and perhaps cause a little merry mischief as well! Though we may not end up in the same places, we still have our memories and each other's good company to share in.

When we reach Buckland, we will sup on the local catches from the Brandywine, share a few farewell tunes, and reminisce on the years gone by—both the happenings that made us laugh and the friends who have left us too soon.

We’ve decided to move the Merry Pony Parade to Saturday the 22nd of February. We know this may cause some disruption, and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience. However, the good news is that the server transfers are now tentatively scheduled for March, giving everyone more time to prepare their contributions and get ready for the fun!

Many of us within the hobbit community on Laurelin, and friends, have made the decision to move to Meriadoc (EU-RP). While it's not easy to leave Laurelin behind, we carefully weighed all factors and believe this move is the best possible way forward. This decision is about ensuring our longevity in LOTRO, having the best possible experience for our continued fellowship and adventures together. We both want to celebrate Laurelin and embrace the future ahead, so here's what we've come up with.
