Poem - Fireworks

Oh, light up the sky

And light up the world
In magical colours
That fizzle and twirl
The stars are all dancing
As fireworks explode
And gazing with wonder
Stand the hobbits below

There's red and there's yellow

And orange and white
A shimmering rainbow
That lights up the night
But also there's roaring
A bang and a crash
Like thunder and lightening
It's gone in a flash

And many fine memories

Are made at the sight
Of fireworks exploding
The vision delights
They bring you much colour
They bring you much noise
The best thing of fireworks
They bring you much joy!
