Where: By the lake near the horse-racing track in the Delving Fields
When:  Sunday May 29 ((19:00 servertime))
What:   Only solo performances allowed, of never-heard before music, songs, poems and stories.

Rules:

-Players must create a hobbit alt (the masqueraded hobbits) , such alt's identity must remain secret from all friends/kin members.

-The alts/masqueraded hobbits must maintain the original gender of your character but can have different features/class/clothing/ and of course RP story.

-Musicians and performers must take care of learning some new (never heard before ) music, songs, poems and stories.

-Due to the very nature of this event, only 'solo' performances will take place.

((OOC: I am taking inspiration from the Carnival of Venice where wearing full face masks would permit the wearer to act more freely in cases where he or she wanted to interact with other members of the society outside the bounds of identity and everyday convention. It was thus useful for a variety of purposes, some of them illicit or criminal, others just personal, such as encounters and things. The point of this event is to encourage new RP lines and stories connected to our main characters but separate at the same time, so keeping our mystery hobbits secret is vital. Revealing such identities would spoil the fun and the all purpose of the *real* masquerade.
These hobbits can be created even now and levelled up at will or they can be kept low, Spring festival is here so plenty of dances to be learned. These hobbits should be out of any kin, and ideally do not engage in RP for now.))

Please Note: A reminder of this event will be published near the time of the Ball.
